With a strong belief that quality education can bring positive economic and social change in Pakistan, I stepped into academia to play my part in building the future workforce, our upcoming generation. A supporter of women empowerment by choice, an academician by profession, and a visionary by conviction, I have always believed that a university should not be a factory of unemployed graduates. Instead, it must nurture job creators rather than job seekers. It was with this vision that I designed and implemented the entrepreneurial revolution program at Superior University. CMACED represents this entrepreneurial revolution through an innovative and distinctive approach to developing and strengthening a university-based entrepreneurial ecosystem. Over time, its social and economic impact has grown significantly.
