Program Transparency and Execution

The Awards and Recognition Program was developed through a comprehensive, collaborative, and thoughtful effort involving representatives from every stakeholder category, including top management, academic leadership, and support staff.

Our evaluation process is built on transparency, objectivity, and fairness. Awards are granted based on measurable performance standards using detailed scorecards that outline Key Performance Areas (KPAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each position.

The Human Resource Department leads the design and execution, acting as the central coordinator and maintaining all documentation. Our

ERP and IT Departments ensure the functionality and security of the digital platforms used for nominations and tracking. 

Together, we ensure that recognition is robust, inclusive, and strengthens our culture of pride and continuous growth.
